In a huge boost for British motor sports, new primary legislation facilitating closed road-events on mainland Britain has been approved by the government.The Deregulation Bill achieved Royal Assent yesterday (Thursday 26 March). After a four-year break between rounds Simon Evans has returned to the top of the ECB Australian Rally Championship (ARC) time sheets and shown he is still the driver to beat at the Quit Forest Rally this morning. Held along the Busselton foreshore, the ARMOR ALL & STP Power Stage pitted the top crews against each other for the first time in 2015 and it was Evans and his co-driver Ben Searcy (Honda Civic Type R) who came out on top taking the victory by just over 1 second..  Read more >>
 
It is now only 4 weeks until the Elite Training Services Taupo Tarmac 2wd Rally at the Taupo Motorsport Park. Entries are coming in steadily with half the spaces now full! At present there is about half of the entries for the Uniscreen Group Classic Classes (Pre 1983).
